You agree to allow this business to withdraw, cancel services, and make financial transactions. You agree to reasonable expectations for liability of information errors, or website downtime. We maintain expectations of lawful behavior, no bullying, no promotions or spam, with the right to disable user accounts.
Return and Refund Policy
Original art that is shipped, will be wrapped and packed in a cardboard shipping box and insured for the cost of the artwork at time of sale. No refunds will be provided, except in the case of documented (photos, and report for damage to shipper) damage to the piece during shipping. Locally purchased pieces can be picked up at the studio at an arranged date / time. No shipping is available on artwork larger than 24 x 36.
