Where We Begin Is Here

“Where We Begin Is Here” ~ an original mixed media painting on canvas. It measures 37.5 x 25.5 in a natural wood floating frame and is wired to hang. This landscape painting captures the vibrant energy of Northeast Florida’s coastal ecosystems. Inspired by the lush flora and expressive, atmospheric skies along the Saint Johns River. It features a dynamic color palette of brilliant turquoise, deep teal, rich lime green, and soft ivory. The composition combines energetic, sweeping brushstrokes with tactile surface textures, balancing tropical vitality with a grounding, serene aesthetic. NOTE: Currently on exhibit in the 910 Gallery ~ Rivertown Suites Marketplace 910 St Johns Ave, Palatka FL 3217 Also available in the Gallery is a Le Galeriste created scarf designed from this painting. You can purchase this and other Wearable Art from selected designs on my Le Galeriste storefront.

About Me

I paint from a place of gratitude and connection. After years as a furniture painter, I found my true rhythm in mixed media canvas art. My process is intuitive, guided by sunsets, clouds, and the natural beauty of North Florida.
