1. How to Purchase & Payment Options
- Every artwork you see is an original, one-of-a-kind.
- You can pay via credit card, PayPal.
- Once payment clears, I’ll begin preparing your artwork for shipping or pick up from gallery.

2. Packaging & Shipping — From My Studio to Your Wall
I take shipping seriously — your art is precious, and I treat it that way every step of the way:
- Protective packaging: Your painting is first wrapped in brown packaging paper, then in bubble wrap, and placed into a custom reinforced box.
- Double-boxing or crating (for larger pieces): For larger works, I use wood crates or double-boxing to absorb shock and protect the piece.
- Corner protectors & cushioning: All vulnerable edges are shielded, and voids in the box are filled so nothing shifts during transit.
- Climate considerations: For mixed media works that include delicate layers, I add moisture-control materials or protective layers to prevent warping.
- Carrier & insurance: I ship only via trusted art-friendly couriers and insure pieces during transit.
- Tracking & delivery: You’ll receive tracking updates and delivery guidance. If damage occurs en route, contact me immediately and we’ll resolve it.
Note: For very large or very delicate works, I may recommend white-glove delivery or local pickup.
3. Care & Display Tips for Your Artwork
Once your painting arrives, here’s how to keep it glowing:
- Gentle dusting only: Use a soft, dry brush or microfiber cloth. Avoid solvents, liquids, or sprays.
- Avoid direct sunlight & humidity extremes: Keep your painting away from windows with strong daylight and away from heat sources or damp areas.
- Stable environment: Try to keep room temperature and humidity steady; rapid fluctuations can stress materials.
- Proper framing & mounting: Use quality frames with spacers or museum glass to prevent the artwork from touching glass, especially for textured mixed media.
- Rotate your view: Occasionally step back, look at your painting from different angles — noticing small changes or settling is part of stewardship.
4. Returns, Refunds & Condition Guarantee
My goal is for you to love every piece. Here’s how returns/refunds work:
- You have 3 days from delivery to request a return (must be in original packaging, unused).
- Buyer covers shipping back (unless there’s damage).
- Once I inspect the piece and it’s in original condition, I’ll issue a refund.
- If the artwork arrives damaged, take photos immediately (packaging & piece), and contact me — I’ll coordinate claims with the carrier and arrange repair or replacement.
